Sunday seafood buffet extravaganza begins this weekend

Yearning for the sea and all the deliciousness of seafood?Four Seasons is putting on an epic Sunday brunch starting this weekend at Khao Restaurant which will be a bountiful offering of a variety of seafood on ice.

Feast on lobsters, oysters, shellfish, prawns, mussels, crabs, wakame seaweed…to your heart’s content.

There are also hot seafood stations where you can have your salmon mackerel, snapper prawns or squid grilled as well as some chef-curated special seafood dishes from North Restaurant’s menu. If you like your turf along with your surf, then there will also be a great choice of meats from lambs to beef.

Other fun stations include the freshly baked bagel station where you can slather your slice bagel with cream cheese, avocado sauce, salsa and layers of smoked salmon for a healthy option.

And then there is the sumptuous dessert station from Pastry Chef Kwan which include such decadence as waffle chocolate croissant, cheesecake soufflé, apple tarte tartin and other sweet delights.
