Following Le Meridien Chiang Mai’s success over the past year with their croissant sales, it is therefore no surprise that they are now making themselves the local choux destination.

Large generous sized beautifully baked choux pastries are filled with original Bavarian cream fillings which come in five distinctive flavours:

Vanilla – The classic. Perfect with a steaming cup of aromatic coffee.

Cookie and Cream – Adding a delicious crunch to the smooth cream.

Lemon cream – A subtle sweet and sour blend that is as refreshing as it sounds.

Tiramisu – Cream cheese mascarpone infused with coffee and cocoa for a classic taste.

Salted eggs – Adding innovation and some local flavour to the French classic.

Small pastries are 30 baht each while the large ones are 60 baht each.

Stop by the pop-up Le Meridien Bakery for some freshly baked choux pastries, breads, cakes or croissants or you can also find them at Central Festival.
